Share your story to raise awareness

You can raise awareness of osteoporosis by sharing your personal experience with the condition. Your story will help us highlight the impact of osteoporosis in the media, our campaigns and appeals.

Anyone affected by osteoporosis can share their story to help raise awareness. You may be living with osteoporosis, or are a family member or friend of someone who is. Whatever your experience of osteoporosis, your story could help more people learn about the condition and help us work towards our vision of a future without osteoporosis.

I'm ready to share my story.

My condition makes it hard for me to fundraise. It's so rewarding, knowing my story is helping the National Osteoporosis Society raise awareness of osteoporosis, and funds to support their amazing work.

Brian, from Crawley

I was nervous about speaking to the media, especially about something as personal as my health. But the National Osteoporosis Society made it such an easy and enjoyable experience, and offered a lot of support and guidance.
